Renae Estes, owner of Oak Springs has been providing insurance solutions for her clients for over 20 years. When her husband Mike bought a horse, they realized how difficult it was to find specialized horse insurance. That’s when Renae decided to focus Oak Springs Insurance Group, LLC around helping her clients find the equine insurance that they needed to be properly covered.
Renae also has a passion to see broken lives restored through Jubilee Trails, where trail riding together can shoulder toward healing. She & her husband Mike live in Salem Oregon where they also own & manage Lefty’s Plumbing Service, LLC.

Rachel V. Shultz joined our team in September 2009. She is the wife of a United States Marine who enjoys being local at heart for her clients across the US. Before transferring her years of insurance knowledge & expertise to the equine industry she was a Commercial Account Representative for Liberty Mutual.
Rachel has a great passion for serving therapeutic non-profits who work through horses to bring hope & healing to youth & families. We met Rachel at an informational clinic at Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch in 2009 and in 2011 she was invited to join their staff to lead support of nearly 200 similar ministries across the US & internationally. She continues to maintain her license & is a wealth of insurance knowledge & support.
While Rachel grew up in Missouri, she has also lived & worked in Minnesota, California, Louisiana & currently resides in Bend, Oregon. Rachel & her husband Brad bought their first horse, Falco, a Sorrel Tobiano Paint in June 2010.
