Agent, Janet Spingath & Owner, Renae Estes share how Oak Springs Insurance Group has become an agency specializing in horse insurance.

Our newest agent, Rachel V. Shultz joined our team in September 2009. Rachel is content to put her dream of horse ownership on hold while she shares a life of travel with her husband, a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. She is thrilled to be transferring her years of insurance knowledge & expertise to the equine industry.

While Rachel grew up in Missouri, she has also lived & worked in Minnesota, California, & currently resides in South Eastern Louisiana. She enjoys both English & Western disciplines & is passionate about volunteering with ministries who work through horses to bring hope & healing to youth & families.

Rachel is currently licensed in California, Louisiana, and Mississippi. She is looking forward to serving our clients in the Southern & Midwestern Regions.
