After 19 years of marriage, I was surprised to find out my husband Mike wanted to buy a horse.  We found Gus, a registered paint, and he quickly stole my husband’s heart.  Five years later we still have Gus, and as you can see in the photo, he is still very much a part of the family.

I wanted a horse I could call my own.  My friend found Caleb, a 13 year old 1/2 arab, 1/2 paint gelding.  I’m learning how to barrel race which has been a blast!
