		<description>Hi, I am having a problem.  I took a horse in for someone, who does not carry insurance, to saddle break.  The horse is eating my wooden fence.  I addressed the owner with the problem and they are saying the fence damage is my liability and not their&#039;s even though it is their horse who caused the damage.  I was hoping you might be able to tell me if this is true or if they are responsible for the damage.  I am in Georgia, if that helps.
